We have a position as a personal services contractor (PSC) down in Haiti we are trying to fill. It is a construction contract manager. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please take a look at the link to FedBizOps or let me know.
PSC positions are hybrids - quasi government/quasi contractor. They are considered government employees for most of what they do but are term employees (base period and up to for extensions - usually in yearly increments). They are at-will for both the employee and government. The pay and most benefits are equal to a counterpart government employee (usually in the GS-13 range ~$85 to $130k)
